WQ cast iron sewage electric pump (iron cap) (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) complies with GB/T24674 standard. The electric pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a

single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; the water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and is a channel impeller structure; the mechanical seal plus skeleton oil seal (0.551 5kw)/mechanical seal (2.27.5kw) is used as a dynamic seal

between the water pump and the motor, and the"0"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal ring is used as a static seal at the fixed stop seal of each country to ensure the reliability of the electric pump. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of stainless steel to ensure that the shaft has more reliable mechanical strength,which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and it is also convenient for the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.

Conditions of Use

1. The medium temperature does not exceed +40°C;

2. The pH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5;

3. The maximum concentration of the medium is 1.2x10³Kg/m³;

4. The diving depth is not less than 0.5m and not more than 5m;

5. The power supply voltage and frequency are based on the parameters

of the product trademark, and the voltage width does not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
