<p><strong>Application</strong></p><p>QY series oil-filled submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor.The water pump is located on the upper part of the electric pump and is a core-type, mixed-flow or axial-flow structure; the motor is located on the lower part of the electric pump and is an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor; a mechanical seal is used as a dynamic seal between the water pump and the motor, and an &quot;0&quot;-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal is used as a static seal at each fixed seal. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Conditions of Use</strong></p><p>1. The three-phase electric pump must not be used without a phase, please install overcurrent and leakage protectors;</p><p>2. The temperature of the conveying medium is less than +40°C, and the medium pH value is between 6.5and 8.5;</p><p>3. The solid impurity ratio in the water does not exceed 0.1% and the particle size is not greater than0.2mm;</p><p>4. The electric pump should be used within an appropriate range near the rated head. The working head cannot be lower than 85% of the rated head. If it is lower than this, it is easy to cause the thermal protector to work, causing the electric pump to stop running and affecting normal use;</p><p>5. The power frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage range is between 342-420V.</p>
