Application

QY series oil-filled submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor.The water pump is located on the upper part of the electric pump and is a core-type, mixed-flow or axial-flow structure; the motor is located on the lower part of the electric pump and is an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor; a mechanical seal is used as a dynamic seal between the water pump and the motor, and an "0"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal is used as a static seal at each fixed seal. 

Conditions of Use

1. The three-phase electric pump must not be used without a phase, please install overcurrent and leakage protectors;

2. The temperature of the conveying medium is less than +40°C, and the medium pH value is between 6.5and 8.5;

3. The solid impurity ratio in the water does not exceed 0.1% and the particle size is not greater than0.2mm;

4. The electric pump should be used within an appropriate range near the rated head. The working head cannot be lower than 85% of the rated head. If it is lower than this, it is easy to cause the thermal protector to work, causing the electric pump to stop running and affecting normal use;

5. The power frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage range is between 342-420V.
